Pricing is based on the mileage, timing, and individual needs of each trip. Planned wait time will be included in your quote, while unexpected wait time may be charged at an hourly rate. We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of service are non-refundable; however, your payment may be applied toward a rescheduled trip within 30 days of the original service date. Cancellations not rescheduled within that timeframe will remain non-refundable.
