At Verde Journey Private Transport, the safety and well-being of our passengers is a top priority.

Verde Journey maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs or alcohol by any driver while providing passenger transportation.

Drivers are prohibited from operating a Verde Journey vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

How We Respond 

Upon receiving a passenger complaint alleging a violation of this policy, Verde Journey will immediately suspend the driver's access to company vehicles used for passenger transportation while the complaint is investigated.
The suspension will remain in place for the duration of the investigation.
If the investigation confirms that the driver violated Verde Journey's zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy, the driver will be permanently prohibited from accessing Verde Journey vehicles for hire.
Verde Journey maintains records relating to the enforcement of this policy in accordance with applicable Arizona Vehicle for Hire requirements.
